What to expect
Praxon is a growing Ontario security agency. We are actively staffing sites across the GTA, which means new posts and real shift availability rather than a waiting list. We are looking for guards who turn up on time, look the part, and can handle a situation with a conversation instead of a confrontation.
You will be issued the full Praxon uniform and briefed on the specific site before your first shift — post orders, escalation contacts, and what the client actually cares about. Supervisors are reachable during your shift, not just during office hours.

What you need

A valid Ontario security guard licence
Issued by the Ministry of the Solicitor General under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act. It must be current — we cannot deploy you on an expired licence.

A current resume
Security experience helps but is not essential for every post. Customer-facing, hospitality and trades backgrounds transfer well, especially to concierge work.

Legal entitlement to work in Canada
Citizenship, permanent residence or a valid work permit. We will verify this before your first shift.

Reliable transport and availability
Tell us the shifts and areas you can realistically cover. Being straight about this at the start is better for both of us.
