Praxon Security is a licensed Ontario security agency based in Vaughan, staffing sites across the Greater Toronto Area and the surrounding regions.
Who we are
Straight about what we are
Praxon is a new company. We would rather say that plainly than pad a website with numbers that do not belong to us. What is behind it is not new: the people running Praxon have spent years on Ontario sites — the concierge desks, the construction gates, the event barricades, the overnight patrols — and started this agency because they kept seeing the same failures from the inside.
Those failures are rarely dramatic. A guard sent to a site with no post orders. A supervisor who cannot be reached at 2am. Reports that nobody reads, and nobody could act on if they did. A uniform that is out of compliance and a client who has no idea. Most of what separates a good security programme from a bad one is unglamorous consistency, and consistency is a management problem rather than a guarding one.
So Praxon is built around the parts that usually get neglected: real site-specific briefing before the first shift, supervisors who answer the phone during shifts, reporting written to be used, and strict compliance with the Act, including the uniform.
How we work
Four commitments we will be held to

Briefed before the first shift
Every officer receives written post orders and a site walkthrough before they work it. Nobody arrives at your property to work out the job on the spot.

Supervision that answers
A reachable supervisor during every shift, not an answering service that takes a message until Monday.

Reporting you can act on
Shift logs and incident reports written so a property manager, board or insurer can use them without rewriting them first.

Compliance without exceptions
Licensed officers, verified expiry dates, correct uniform, current insurance and WSIB. Documents available whenever procurement asks.

Across Canada, headquartered in Vaughan
Our office is at 3100 Steeles Ave W, Unit 402, Vaughan, ON L4K 3R1, which puts us within easy reach of the whole Greater Toronto Area. We staff sites well beyond it.
